Casanostra members Priyo and Jessica have embarked on a mission to share with you not only fine music but incredible foods that nourish your body and soul. They will be sharing a menu that pays homage to the pure flavors the Mediterranean - a cuisine that is known for its balanced nutrition and long-lived chefs.

While you savor the flavors of Sicily, "Casanostra" will transport you through sound and skill to Mexico, Ukraine, Africa and beyond! Band members Priyo, Natasha, Jessica and Carlito bring an incredibly uplifting show that will be sure to leave you in high spirits.

Caprese Plate - Juicy, organic tomatoes sliced between fresh, creamy mozzarella cheese, drizzled with olive oil, sea salt and freshly grown basil.

PJ Salad - Spinach and arugula greens tossed with shaved onions, fennel, saurkraut and sesame seeds, drizzled with olive oil and sea salt.

Mushroom Ricotta Pasta - Grilled mushrooms, onions and spinach mixed with creamy ricotta cheese and pasta al dente, topped with a traditional béchamel white sauce.

Seafood Pasta - Fresh, juicy shrimps and scallops, onions and "pink" sauce, a lightly creamy tomato base that makes the whole plate sing - you won't find a dish like this anywhere else!

Bruschetta Pasta - Vegan! Organic, juicy tomatoes with garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and fresh basil.

Cannoli - A handmade, delicately fried shell filled with sweet ricotta cheese and garnished with dark chocolate and powdered sugar - a traditional Sicilian treat that says "celebration" like nothing else!
